Patrick H. Murphy, 50, of rural St. Charles died at home June 19, 2001, of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 25, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial was at St. Charles Cemetery.
Patrick Murphy was born Oct. 24, 1950 in Des Moines to Frederick L. and Marda (Sears) Murphy. A 1969 graduate of Interstate 35 High School, he had resided on the family farm all his life. Patrick was a member of the Rolling Hills Camper Club.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by a brother, Frederick Murphy Jr. of Norwalk. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Kavanagh House, 900 56th Street, Des Moines.
