Arreiter Hughes, 69, of Alvin, Texas, died May 31, 1995, at the Winchester Lodge Convalescent Center in Alvin, Texas. Funeral services were June 3 at the Pentecostal Church of God in Swifton, Ariz., with the Rev. Lory Poynor officiating. Burial was at the Swifton Cemetery.

She was born in Swifton, Ariz. and was a homemaker.

Surviving relatives include her husband, C. R. Hughes of Alvin, Texas; two sons, Delaney Ray Hughes of Winterset, and Kobby Lynn Hughes of Alvin, Texas; one sister, Juanita Hutchinson of Swifton, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.
