Deborah Lynne Munson, Peru

Services for Deborah Lynne Munson, 16, Peru, who died Nov. 2 of a heart ailment at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, were held Monday afternoon, Nov. 5 at the Collins Funeral Home with Kenneth Draman officiating. Burial was at the Peru Cemetery.

Born in Winterset July 20, 1968, she was the daughter of Richard and Marilyn Vowell Munson. She spent most of her life in Arkansas, but lived in Peru since July of 1983. She was a student at the Ruby Van Meter School in Des Moines and a member of the Jehovah Witnesses.

Survivors include her father of Bowie, Texas; her mother of Peru; a sister, Becky Longstreth of Little Rock, Ark.; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Vowell of Peru and Wanda Munson of Washington State.
