Dorothy Ruth Fichter, 70, died July 18, 1993 at the Clark County Hospital in Osceola. Mrs. Fichter was born May 30, 1923 in New Virginia to Maurice and Mable (Haines) McVay. She lived most of her life near the St. Marys and Osceola areas.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Richard of Osceola and her sisters, Catharine Scrivner and husband Gene of St. Charles, and Helen Dudney and husband Lyle of Lorimor, as well as four children, 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
