KENNETH TUTTLE, Van Meter

Kenneth Tuttle, 54, of Van Meter died Oct. 23, 2006.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 28, at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset. Burial was at Corydon Cemetery.

Ken Tuttle was born March 21, 1952, in Des Moines to Wendell and Leota (Armstrong) Tuttle. His marriage to Patricia Ann Crooks took place Dec. 4, 1970, at the Corydon Christian Church. Ken lived in the Winterset area since 1978 and was a farmer all of his life. He was a member of the Winterset Square Dance Club.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Erica May Stogdill; a brother, Philip Tuttle; and a sister, Sarah Tuttle.

He is survived by his wife, Pat, of Van Meter; his parents, Wendell and Leota Tuttle of Leon; one son, Doug Tuttle of Winterset; three daughters, Dee Stogdill of Winterset, Lisa Slauson of Clive and Kim Rickets of Des Moines; three sisters, Peg Moore of Waterloo, Barb Tuttle of Ness City, Kan., and Nora Tuttle of Creston; a brother, Max Tuttle of Corydon; and six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
