MRS. IDA MILLER OF TRURO DIED DEC. 13

Resident of That Community Most of Life; Was 66 Years of Age

Mrs. Ida D. Miller, a resident of the Truro community for most of her life, died Dec. 13 at the age of 66 years.

Mrs. Miller was the former Ida D. Swearingen, daughter of Daniel and Anna Fife Swearingen, and was born near Truro, Nov. 11, 1879. As a child she moved with her parents to Kansas for two years, then returned with them to Truro.

On Nov. 21, 1900, she was married to Walter Miller. They were the parents of two children, Mrs. Clyde Miller and Coy Miller.

They lived near Truro until 1927, and then moved to Creston, later to Afton, and returned to Truro in 1937. Her husband died in 1940, and since then she had made her home with her children.

In addition to her son and daughter, she is survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Frank Rankin of Bedford.
