FRANK HARTSOOK DIES SUDDENLY

Heart Attack Fatal to Well Known Monroe Township Resident

Frank Hartsook, member of a well-known Madison county family, died suddenly at noon this Wednesday at his home in Monroe township. He was about 75 years of age.

Death was attributed to a heart ailment. He had suffered a heart attack several days ago, but was thought improved Wednesday and was walking outdoors when fatally stricken.

Mr. Hartsook was a life-long resident of this county, and was a successful farmer. He was the son of Benjamin and Jane Hartsook, pioneer residents here. He never married.

His nearest surviving relative is a brother, Elmer Hartsook of this county.

Funeral arrangements had not been made as the Madisonian went to press.
