Death Of WESLEY R. WORLEY

Wesley R. Worley died suddenly Friday morning, at his home, west of Winterset. Mr. Worley was 52 years of age and was the son of F. W. and Harriet Worley, who came to Madison county about fifty years ago, and who have preceded him in death.

Mr. Worley had been in good health. Friday morning, he was doing some work near the house and over-exertion caused an attack of heart trouble and he died within a few minutes.

He was united in marriage on August 15, 1906 to Miss Essie Holmes, who, with one daughter, Winifred, survive him. He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Nora Breeding, of Des Moines; Mrs. Myrtle Sankey, and one brother, Roy Worley, of Winterset, besides a host of friends and relatives.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from the First Baptist church, the Rev. John T. Hall officiating. Interment was made in the Winterset cemetery.

DEATH COME TO WELL KNOWN FARMER

Wesley Worley, well known Madison county farmer, died suddenly at his home on the Bluffs road west of Winterset. Mr. Worley had been chasing a calf which had wandered from the pasture and went to the house exhausted where he died a few moments later. He was 52 years old.

Mr. Worley had always lived in Iowa with the exception of five years spent in California. He came to the county when a boy with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Worley. His marriage to Miss Essie Holmes occurred in 1906, who with their daughter, Winifred, survives, as do his two sisters, Mrs. Nora Breeding, Des Moines, Mrs. Myrtle Sankey, Winterset, and a brother, Roy Worley, of Winterset.

The Rev. John T. Hall, pastor of the Baptist church conducted the services Sunday afternoon at two o’clock at the Baptist church, and burial was in the Winterset cemetery.
