Ruth Miller Winterset

Ruth Ellen Miller, 75, of Winterset, died June 27, 2003 at the Kavanagh Hospice in Des Moines.

There will be no service.

Ruth Miller was born Feb. 26, 1928 in Oskaloosa to Elmer L. and Geneva (Greenfield) Patterson. She married Robert Leo Miller, who preceded her in death.

She also was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Elmer Patterson.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Larry Miller of Indianola and Robert Garry Miller of Fontanelle; a daughter, Toni Casey of Marana, Ariz.; a brother, Eugene Patterson of Winterset; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements were handled by Brooks Funeral Care in Clive.
