Pauline Marie Miller, Truro

Funeral services for Pauline Marie Miller, 89, were held Sat., April 27 at Kale Funeral Home, Truro, with the Rev. Salva Lehman of Slater officiating. Mrs. Miller died April 24 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, Des Moines.

A lifetime Truro resident, she was born September 11, 1901 to Walter and Ida (Swearingen) Miller and attended Truro schools, graduating from Truro High School. She married Clyde Wilkins Miller December 10, 1919 in Osceola. She was a housewife, district manager of sales for Avon for 15 to 20 years, member of Thursday Girls, and the United Congregational Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a daughter.

Surviving relatives include a brother, Coy Miller of Truro and four grandchildren.

Burial was at Young Cemetery, Truro.
