E. H. MILLER OF TRURO DIES AT 89 YEARS

E. H. Miller of Truro, a life-long resident of Madison county, died Sunday, Dec. 1 at Clarke county hospital in Osceola. He was 86 years of age.

Mr. Miller was born in South township Aug. 31, 1877, a son of Joel and Belle Martin Miller. His active life was spent as a farmer and livestock buyer. He was a member of the Truro Methodist church.

He was married April 16, 1896, to Lois E. Simpson, who survives him. He also leaves eight children, Mrs. Reva Morris and Clyde Miller of Truro, Mrs. Dollie Felton of Victor, Mrs. Florence Creger of Aurora, Colo., Mrs. Mary Baker of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Zola Munson of Claremmore, Okla., Phil Miller of Nevada and Mrs. Mildred Hawkins of Ainsworth; 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services were held Dec. 3 from the Truro Methodist church, in charge of the Rev. James Nicholson. Burial was made in Blair Chapel cemetery near St. Charles.
