Memorial Service

There will be a memorial service held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Winterset, Iowa, on Friday, Oct. 13, 2006, at 11 a.m. for John and Nell (Charmichael) Gillespie, followed by interment of ashes at Calvary Cemetery, Churchville, Iowa. Friends and family are welcome.

Mourners planning to attend the service will be the daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter of the couple — Patricia Bruington and Leah and Kiera Seneng of Fresno, Calif.; sister-in-law — Mrs. Leo Gillespie of Winterset, Iowa; and nieces and nephews — John Paul and Jeanette White of Moreno Valley, Calif., Sherryll White of Britt, Iowa, Dona and Bob Segura of Bettendorf, Iowa, Rosalie and David Waight of Monticello, Iowa, John Melroy and Rosalie Gilmore of Maquoketa, Iowa, Michael and Linda Melroy of Davenport, Iowa, Thomas Gillespie of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Mary Youngkin of Salt Lake City, Utah, Danial Gillespie of Glen Allen, Va., and Michael Abrams of Des Moines, Iowa.
