POISON FATAL TO 3-YEAR-OLD GIRL

Daughter of Mr., Mrs. Harold Frey Victim of Tragic Accident

Linda Lee Frey, three year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Frey of Pleasantville, died Saturday afternoon at the Pleasantville hospital after drinking some wintergreen linament which she and her four year old brother, Donald had found on a shelf in their home Friday evening. Mrs. Virginia Browne of St. Charles, the children's grandmother, was staying with the children while their parents were at choir practice. They were both rushed to the hospital where medical aid was given them immediately.

Both children drank some of the linament apparently daring the other.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at one o'clock at the Methodist church in Pleasantville, in charge of the Rev. Azell Smith, with burial in the St. Charles cemetery.

The Harold Frey family formerly lived in Patteson and Winterset. He is a brother of Lester Frey of Winterset, and the girl was the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Frey of Patterson and Mrs. Virginia Browne of St. Charles.
