Raymond Edward "Eddie" McConnelee, 72, of California and a former Winterset resident, died Nov. 18, 2004.
Eddie McConnelee was born Aug. 5, 1932. After attending Winterset public schools, he received a degree in pharmacy from Drake University. He served two years in the United States Army, stationed in New Mexico, where he met his wife Sandy. Upon his discharge from the service in 1957, he and his wife moved to California. Eddie owned and operated several pharmacies in southern California before retiring one year ago.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy and four children-Kimberlee, Kellee, Eric and Laurie-and 14 grandchildren.
