March 19, 1986John Lucas, a former Madison county resident, died Feb. 25 in Bishop, Calif.
Born Jan. 4, 1911, he was the son of Clarence and Wilda Kale Lucas.
He is survived by his wife, Irma Binns Lucas; four children; and a brother, Clarence Lucas of Winterset.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
