Carl Henry Lucas, Salem, Ore.

Graveside services for Carl Henry Lucas, 77, a Winterset native who died Dec. 23 in Salem, Ore., were held Monday, Dec. 27 at Lee Mission Cemetery, Salem, with the Rev. Robert Livingston officiating.

Mr. Lucas was born June 16, 1905 in Winterset. He was a meat cutter by trade.

He is survived by two sons, Robert Lucas, Anaheim, Calif., and William Lucas, Salem; four sisters, Augusta Livingston and Lenore Pick, both of Washington, Ia., Alberta Barrett, El Cerrito, Calif., and Theresa Lucas, Burlingame, Calif.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
