ETTA M. STRABLE, Indianola

Services for Etta M. Strable, 92, Indianola, who died Dec. 10, 1987 at West View Care Center in Indianola where she resided, were held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Martensdale. Burial was at Blair Chapel Cemetery northwest of St. Charles.

Mrs. Strable was born in Madison County near St. Charles, the daughter of the late George and Rhoda Statler.

Survivors include sons, Charles of St. Charles, Clifford of Burlington and Rex of Rio Rancho, N.M.; daughters, Ruth Henson of St. Marys and Helen Whitlow of Winterset; a sister-in-law, Rachel Roth; 28 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren and 26 great-greaat-grandchildren.

Her husband Earnest, two sons, her parents and two brothers preceded her in death.
