VANNA FARLOW SERVICES HELD

Vanna C. Farlow, a Madison County native, died at Ventura Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, California last Tuesday, November 26. She was 88 years of age.

Mrs. Farlow was born in Madison County on October 3, 1886, the daughter of Alfred and Amanda Farris Cox. She was married to Welba C. Farlow in 1906.

Mrs. Farlow, a resident of Madison County for 50 years, was affiliated with the Baptist Church in her early life. She became a Christian Scientist in her later years.

Mrs. Farlow was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Eldred; a daughter, Virginia, and her only sister, Albia.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Sautrday, November 20, at the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, with the Rev. Paul Bousfield officiating. Burial was in the Winterset cemetery.
