MRS. JOHN YOUNG DIES IN WYOMING

Former Resident Leaves Brother, Five Sisters of Winterset

Mrs. John C. Young, who spent much of her early life as a resident of Winterset, died Aug. 8 at Powell, Wyo., according to word received here this week. She was 46 years of age.

Mrs. Young was the former Mable Eggleston, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elisha Eggleston, and was born in Rooks county, Kansas, on Sept. 22, 1895. As a child, she came to Winterset with her parents. Here she was married, on Nov. 9, 1916, to John C. Young of Winterset. In 1921 they moved to Omaha, Nebr., where they had lived until recently.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Richard Johnson of Omaha; and one brother, Frank Eggleston and five sisters, Mrs. George Thompson, Mrs. C. C. Clark, Mrs. Fred Roy, Mrs. Harry McDonald, and Mrs. Mac Gentry, all of Winterset.

Funeral services were held Aug. 12 at Omaha and burial was made in that city.
