ORPHA TUTTLE Of St. Charles Dies

Mrs. Harold Tuttle, a long time resident of the Madison-Warren county community near St. Charles, died Friday, March 4, 1960, at her home there. She was 6l years of age.

Mrs. Tuttle was the former Orpha May Daniel, daughter of William and Daisy May Daniel. She was born in South township on Dec. 15, 1898. With the exception of two years in Minnesota when she was small her life was spent in Madison and Warren counties near St. Charles.

She was married to Harold Tuttle at St. Charles on March 22, 1917. She was a member of the St. Charles Church of Christ.

She leaves her husband; five children, Lyle Tuttle of Murray, Mrs. Vilna Kennedy and Merrill Tuttle of St. Charles, Wendell Tuttle of Corydon, Gene Tuttle at home; and 23 grandchildren. Two children preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the St. Charles Church of Christ, conducted by the Rev. Marlin Love. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
