Graveside services were held for Mrs. Bell Kesner, aunt of Sheldon Strong, on Friday, September 18, 1981, at the Penn Center Cemetery.
Services were conducted by the Rev. Harold Butz of Des Moines.
Her daughter, Gertrude Beidelman, and a grandson accompanied her by plane from Key Biscayne, Florida to Des Moines.
Bell was 95 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, an infant son and her son, Howard Maulsby of the United States Navy, also her seven brothers, and her only sister, Edith Reed, a resident of the Earlham Care Center, who passed away recently.
Funeral arrangements were by the McKee funeral home, Earlham, Iowa.
