BURIAL HERE FOR MRS. CORA JONES

Mrs. Cora C. Jones, a former resident of Winterset, died at her home in Des Moines on March 8, after a long illness. She was 82 years of age. Burial services were conducted at the Winterset cemetery on March 10.

Mrs. Jones was born August 10, 1886, in Wabash county, Indiana, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Croft, and came to Madison county with her parents in 1889. She was married in 1906 to Frank L. Jones of Winterset, who preceded her in death a number of years ago.

Surviving are a sister and two brothers, Mrs. Nona Greenwood and George A. Croft of Des Moines and Frank C. Croft of Coronado, Calif., and several nephews and nieces.
