Winterset Madisonian - Wed., March 7, 1945

Roy Leggett, well known resident of the St. Charles community, died at the University hospital in Iowa City Monday morning. He was 52 years of age.

He is survived by his wife, Belle, three sons, Royce, Robert and Dyle Leggett; his mother, Mrs. Esther Leggett; a brother, Rex Leggett; all of St. Charles; and a sister, Mrs. Truman Johnston of Winterset.

Funeral services were held this Wednesday afternoon from the Presbyterian church in St. Charles, and burial was made in the cemetery there.
