Services for Clara Terry, 80, Lorimor, who died July 19, 1986, at the Winterset Care Center North where she resided, were held Monday, July 21, at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating. Burial was at the Winterset cemetery.

Born Nov. 27, 1905 in Dickson County, Tenn., she was the daughter of William and Mary Toylor Bowker. She had been employed at one time at the Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. She was married to William Terry in 1976 at Waynesville, Missouri.

She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses and lived in this area from 1976 to 1986.

Survivors include sons, Bill Slaughter of Richland, Mo., and David Slaughter of Ft. Worth, Texas; a brother, Robert Bowker of Cumberland Furnace, Tenn.; sisters, Pauline Browker of Dickson, Tenn., and Annie Browker of Charlotte, Tenn.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, six brothers and three sisters.
