MRS. F. M. ALEXANDER Of Winterset Dies

Mrs. F. M. (Permelia) Alexander, one of Madison county's oldest residents, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 1955, at her home in Winterset. She was 86 years of age. She had been in failing health, but was ill for four weeks preceding her death.

Mrs. Alexander was the daughter of Reuben and Sarah Kingery, and was born April 18, 1869. She was married to Frances Marion Alexander, whose death occurred in 1944.

She had moved from Macksburg to Winterset in 1911. She was a member of the Baptist church, and Rebekah lodge.

She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Lee Stewart and Mrs. F. M. Brown; a grandson; two great granddaughters; a sister; and three half brothers

Funeral services were held this Tuesday from the Anderson home for funerals, conducted by the Rev. Glen E. Pickett, pastor of First Baptist church here. Burial was made at Macksburg.
