Faun Hulin, Fontanelle

Graveside services for Faun Myrtle Hulin, 92, Fontanelle, who died March 29 at the Good Samaritan Care Center there, were held April 2, at the Winterset Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Farr of Dexter officiating.

Born in Gays Mills, Wis., Dec. 9, 1884, she was the daughter of Ernest and Rose Haines. On July 9, 1913, she was married to William Ward Hulin at Gays Mills. She was a former Winterset resident and a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Hulin had lived in Fontanelle for 22 years.

Survivors include sons, Max Hulin of Council Bluffs and Keith Hulin of Des Moines; daughters, Jean Libby of Steator, Ill., Thelma Kirkman of Redfield, June Paullin of Winterset and Jane Drake of Dexter; and 25 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a son.
