Phillip E. Huglin, 76, died April 29, 1993. He was buried with military honors on May 3 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minn. He was a former St. Charles resident.

Mr. Huglin was born in Patterson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wives, Frances and Annabelle, a son and a sister.

Surviving relatives include two daughters, Lou Ann and husband, Robert Dew and Deborah Huglin, all of Redland, husband Joseph Martin, Omaha, Neb.; and a sister-in-law Ora Carr of Belle Plaine.
