Kimberly Sue Russell, 40, of Fordyce, Ark., died Aug. 9, 2005.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 13, at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola with the Rev. Skip Rushing officiating. Burial was at New Virginia Cemetery.
Kimberly Russell was born Feb. 13, 1965, in Des Moines to John Roger and Judith Ann (Langdale) McCuddin. She grew up in Truro, graduating from Interstate 35 High School in 1983. Ten years ago, she moved to Arkansas where she attended the University of Arkansas in Monticello, graduating cum laude. Kim was currently the seventh- and eighth-grade math teacher at Bearden Middle School in Bearden, Ark. She also was a member of Smith Chapel Church of God in Kingsland, Ark., where she was very active in the music program.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John B. and Twyla McCuddin, and maternal grandmother, Leota Langdale.
She is survived by her fiancé, John Bland of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two sons, Joshua Michael Garrison of Monticello, Ark., and Ethan Jacob Hartley of Winterset; one daughter, Jenna Briann Garrison of Ruston, La.; her parents, Roger and Judy McCuddin of Wilmington, Ill.; two brothers, John McCuddin and James McCuddin, both of Truro; a sister, Chris Longer of Indianola; and her grandfather, Clifford Langdale of Mission, Texas.
