Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 10th in the First Christian Church, Okmulgee, Oklahoma for E. Earl Howard, age 58, with interment in the Okmulger cemetery.
Mr. Howard passed away on January 8th in the Memorial Hospital, Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
He was born March 24, 1914 in St. Charles, Iowa. He was employed in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a carpenter. He was a member of the First Christian Church, the Carpenter's Union, and served in the U.S. Army during World War Two.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Venice Howard, a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Brewer, and one granddaughter, all of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Esmond Howard of rural Winterset, Iowa; three brothers, Wayne Howard of Truro, Iowa, Elmer Howard of Norwalk, Iowa and Richard Howard of St. Charles, Iowa.
Mr. Howard was preceded in death by one son Kenton.
