Barbara Ann Vaughn, 79, died Sept. 6, 2004, at Adel Acres Care Center. She was a former Earlham resident.
Services were held Thursday, Sept. 9, at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel with Pastor Charles Thompson officiating. Burial was at Winterset Cemetery.
Barbara Vaughn was born in Winterset. She retired as a loan officer from Raccoon Valley State Bank in Adel following 20 years of service. Barbara also was a longtime member of the Earlham United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Vaughn.
