Cassidy Anne Tuttle, newborn, died April 15, 2004, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Graveside services were held Saturday, April 17, at Winterset Cemetery with Pastor John Long officiating.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Margaret Tuttle, and great-grandfathers Raymond Nelsen and John Dahl.
She is survived by her parents, Shane Erin and Lori Jean (Nelsen) Tuttle of Winterset; a sister, Samantha Tuttle of Winterset; grandparents John and Ilene Tuttle of Norwalk, and Robert Nelsen of Ankeny and Joan Holland of Prairie City; and great grandparents, Beverly Nelsen of Perry, Florence Dahl of Cedar Falls and Earl and Mary Flinn of Cumming.
Arrangements were handled by Collins Oak Park Chapel in Winterset.
