Julie L. Phillips, 34, of Peru died July 14, 2006, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 18, at the First Assembly of God Church in Indianola.
Julie Phillips was born in Osceola and graduated from Interstate 35 High School in Truro. She also was a graduate of Drury University in Springfield, Mo.
She is survived by her parents, Denny and Peggy Phillips of Peru; two sisters, Sara Phillips of Waxahachie, Texas, and Amy Upp of Belton, Mo.; and her grandmothers, Mary Agan and Mary Phillips, both of Winterset.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church or Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.
