DOLPHA HILDEBRAND DIED ON THURSDAY

Funeral Held on Saturday, With Burial at Glidden

Mrs. Oscar Hildebrand of near Winterset died Thursday, March 16 at Memorial hospital in Winterset. She was 74 years of age.

Mrs. Hildebrand had been a resident of this community for 33 years. She was the former Dolpha Whiting, daughter of Werden W. and Hannah Laughery Whiting and was born at Beloit, Iowa on Dec. 20, 1886.

With Burial at Glidden

Mrs. Oscar Hildebrand of near Winterset died Thursday March 16 at Memorial hospital in Winterset. She was 74 years of age.

Mrs. Hildebrand had been a resident of this community for 33 years. She was the former Dolpha Whiting, daughter of Werden W. and Hannah Laughery Whiting, and was born at Beloit, Iowa, on Dec. 20, 1886.

As a young woman she was married to Joseph Dudgeon, who preceded her in death.

She was married Dec. 25, 1928 at Winterset, to Oscar Hildebrand, who survives her.

She was a member of the Latter Day Saints church.

In addition to her husband she leaves four children by her first marriage, Walter Dudgeon, Mrs. Rhyno Hildebrand and Marvin Dudgeon, all of Winterset, and Clyde Dudgeon of Mullin, Ida. One daughter, Mrs. Mary Black, preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Anderson-Wilson Funeral home, in charge of Asa Smith. Burial was made in West Lawn cemetery at Glidden.
