JEREMY WADDINGHAM, Peru

Jeremy Lynn Waddingham, 17, of rural Peru, died May 8, 1994 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines of injuries sustained in an auto accident south of Winterset.

Funeral services are today, Wed., May 11, 1994 a 2 p.m. at the Macksburg United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Ed Van Holland will officiate the ceremony and burial will be at Moon Cemetery in Macksburg.

He was born November 28, 1976 in Creston to Terry Lynn and Carla Rae (Herren) Waddingham. He was a junior at Winterset High School and was employed part-time at Fareway grocery Store in Winterset. He was a lifetime resident and a member of the Macksburg United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by one grandmother, Dorothy Herren; and one uncle, Gary Herren.

Surviving relatives include his parents, Terry and Carla Waddingham; one brother, Curtis Waddingham; grandparents, Arnett and Irene Waddingham, Ralph Herren, and Eloise Eyerly, all of Macksburg.

Jeremy Lynn Waddingham, 17, of Peru died May 8, 1994 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Winterset.

Services were 2 p.m. May 11 at the United Methodist Church in Macksburg with the Rev. Ed Van Holland officiating. Burial was in the Moon Cemetery at Macksburg. The Collins Funeral Home in Winterset had charge of arrangements.

Mr. Waddingham was born Nov. 28, 1976 in Creston to Terry Lynn and Carla Rae (Herren) Waddingham. He was a junior at Winterset High School and worked part-time at Fareway. He was a member of the Methodist Church in Macksburg.

Survivors include his parents, Terry and Carla Waddingham and a brother Curtis Waddingham, all of Winterset. and grandparents, Arnett and Irene Waddingham, Ralph Herren and Eloise Eyerly, all of Macksburg.

He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Dorothy Herren.
