Services for Dora M. Haynes, 94, Des Moines, who died Dec. 14 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, were held Tuesday, Dec. 17 at the Epworth United Methodist Church in Des Moines.
Mrs. Haynes was born in Des Moines March 4, 1891. She was married to John Haynes at Winterset in May 1909. They farmed 58 years in the St. Charles area.
Survivors include daughters, Leona Palmer and Mildred Harmon of Des Moines; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lena Franzen, and two brothers, Henry and Harry, and a sister, Annie.
