R. RAY WARNOCK, Winterset

Graveside services for R. Ray Warnock, 93, Winterset, who died May 6, 1986, at the Madison County Memorial Hospital, were held at the Moon Cemetery May 8 with the Rev. Bob Epperson officiating.

Mr. Warnock had resided at the Winterset Care Center South. He was born July 25, 1892 at LaCrosse, Kan., the son of Hugh and Sophia Warnock

He had been a carpenter and a restaurant operator in Macksburg and had lived there 20 years. He had been a Mason when living in Kansas.

His first wife, Ruth Strong, and his second wife, Doris Shinn, preceded him in death.

Survivors include a son, Richard Warnock, Jr., of Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, three brothers and a sister.
