INEZ MAY WARD, Winterset

A prayer service for Inez May Ward, 57, Winterset, who died March 29, 1987, at the Madison County Memorial Hospital, was held Tuesday evening, March 31, at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Epperson officiating. Burial was at the First Baptist Church cemetery at Urich, Mo.

Born at Blairstown, Mo., on Sept. 2, 1929, she was the daughter of Chester and Emma Stoneking Mmarksberry. She operated a nursing home in her own home in Clinton, Mo.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Urich and had lived in Winterset for two years, coming from Clinton, Mo. She was a resident here of the Bethesda Care Center.

Survivors include daughters, Jeannie M. Utsler and L. Irene Hill, both of Winterset; and Tamara L. Kagrice of Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Cheser Marksberry of Nixa, Mo.; and a grandchild, DeAnn Harvey.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
