Services services were held from Christ the King Church in Des Moines last Friday for Kathleen Harkin, 19 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Harkin of Des Moines. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery near Cumming.

Miss Harkin, who was vacationing in Houston, Texas with her parents, was injured in an automobile accident July 17th and died July 30th.

She is survived by her parents, two brothers, Pat Harkin of Des Moines, and Ron Harkin of Omaha, Nebraska, and a sister, Mrs. Monte(Alice Ann) Coon of Oxford Junction, Iowa.

Mrs. Harkin was raised in the Patterson area and is the former Mary Weidmann.
