EMORY S. WARREN, Winterset Rites for Washington Attorney

Funeral services will be held this Friday at 2 p.m., from the Wilson Funeral home in Winterset for Emory S. Warren, Washington, D.C., attorney, who died in Washington Saturday, Dec. 29, 1962.

The Rev. John E. Fink, pastor of the First United Presbyterian church of Winterset, will conduct the funeral. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. Warren was the husband of the former Myrtle Seidler of Winterset. He was a native of Adelphi, near Des Moines, and graduated from East High school in Des Moines and the law school of Drake University.

He practiced law in New York for a number of years before moving to Washington.

He was a member of the Christian church, and was a thirty-second degree Mason.

Surviving are his wife; and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Dunagon of Des Moines.

Brief rites for Mr. Warren were held Wednesday noon in Washington.
