William Halverson, Calif.

William A. Halverson, 52, of Fresno, Calif. died of a heart attack on January 25, 1994.

He was born January 21, 1942 in Mason City. He married Sandy Wiggins Halverson on March 10, 1962. They lived in Winterset before moving to California in 1963. He was operations manager for Watkins Motor Lines. He was part owner of Creeping Charlie Friends and Flowers in Fresno for the past nine years, being a board member for FTD in his district for four years.

Surviving relatives include his wife; two daughters, Kelly and Brandi of Fresno, Calif.; brothers-in-laws, Ronald, Steve and Kevan Wiggins of Winterset; and mother and father-in-law, Virgil and Opal Wiggins of Winterset.
