Services for Norma F. Haines, 50, Lovington, N.M. who died July 12 in a Hobbs, N.M. hospital, were held Tuesday, July 15, at the Third and Central Church of Christ at Lovington. Burial was in the Lovington Cemetery.
Born at Agra, Okla., June 5, 1936, the daughter of Oscar and Mildred Davis Patton. She was married to Lyle Haines on Sept. 5, 1954 at Dexter, N.M. They resided in Truro a number of years before moving to New Mexico in 1975.
Survivors include her husband, Lyle; a daughter, Mrs. Susan Bailey of Wolfforth, Texas; sons, Gary of Osceola and Tommy of Lubbock, Texas; her parents of Roswell, N.M.; brothers, Jerry of Roswell, Billy of Norwalk and Bobby of Madill, Okla.; a sister, Lynda Patton of Roswell; and two grandchildren.
