William M. Gray, 71, died June 27. A memorial service was held Sat. June 29 in California.
A former Winterset resident, he moved to Anaheim, Calif. about 35 years ago and was employed by the school system there.
Among survivors are his wife, Lucille Holmes of Anaheim, who had worked in the Madison County Courthouse for many years; a sister-in-law, Helen Drake and a brother-in-law, Mike Holmes, both of Winterset.
