Juanita Alice Gentry, 74, died of respiratory failure Feb. 17, 2002 at Arbor Manor in Fremont, Neb.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 at Kale Funeral Home in Truro with the Rev. L. Duane Churchman officiating. Visitation will be held after 12 p.m. (noon) today (Wednesday Feb. 20) with the family present from 7-8 p.m. Burial will be at Ebenezer Cemetery, Walnut Township, Madison County.
Juanita Gentry was born Aug. 13, 1927, in Winterset to Jeff and Vannatta Ruth (Gordon) Grimes. She received her education in the Truro and Winterset school districts, Juanita had worked in housekeeping for Dodge County Hospital for 15 years, retiring in 1985. She had resided in Fremont for the past 49 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law.
She is survived by three sons, Terry Gentry (wife Cheryl) and Brad Gentry, both of Fremont, Neb. and Randy Gentry of Austin, Texas; a sister Darlene Bartholomew of Stevensville, Mont.; and four grandchildren.
