RICHARD D. KUHNS, Indiana

Richard D. Kuhns, 65, of Warren, Ind., died Feb. 22, 2005, at Bluffton Regional Medical Center.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Richard Kuhns was born June 7, 1939, to Orville Dale and Mary Virginia (Wilson) Kuhns in Madison County. He had resided in Hollywood, Fla., and worked at American Engineering and Development Corp. in Miami for 16 years. In 2004, he retired and moved to Warren. Richard was a veteran of the United States Navy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Kathryn Harrell.

He is survived by his wife, Linda R. (Murry) Kuhns of Warren, Ind.; two daughters, Yvonne Markley of Liberty Center, Ind., and Jennifer Rowland of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; one son, Matthew Kuhns of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; two brothers, David Kuhns of Macksburg and Terry Kuhns of Winterset; two sisters, Barbara Howard of DeSoto and Dixie Herman of Aurora, Ill.; and two grandchildren.

Arrangements were handled by Glancy Funeral Homes – H. Brown & Son Funeral Home in Warren, Ind.
