Wednesday, February 26, 1958MRS. MINNIE WILLETS Died Here Sunday
Mrs. Minnie Willets, a resident of Winterset for most of her long life, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 1958, at Memorial hospital in Winterset. She was 87 years of age, and had been in failing health for some time.
Mrs. Willets was the former Minnie Brobst, daughter of Joseph and Louisa Brobst. She was born Nov. 30, 1870.
She was married March 16, 1885, to Arthur D. Willets, who preceded her in death in 1951.
Nearest surviving relatives are a nephew, Everett Brobst of Winterset; and a niece Mrs. Otto Christensen of Des Moines.
Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday afternoon from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was to be made in the Winterset cemetery.
