Death of A. E. Yeoman

Notification came Tuesday of the death on April 1st of A. E. Yeoman of Orange, California. For many years the Yeomans lived in Winterset and were widely known. Mrs. Yeoman died many years ago and Mr. Yeoman, with his daughter, Miss Flora, have resided in Orange for the past fifteen years or more.

The remains will be brought to Winterset for burial, in charge of Lis Potter of Orange, a nephew of the Yeomans, arriving here on Saturday evening. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at two o’clock in the Presbyterian church.

A. E. Yoeman Dead

A. E. Yoeman, formerly of Winterset, died at his home in Orange, California. He was nearly ninety years old. J. J. Gaston received a telegram from Miss Flora Yeoman, Tuesday morning.

The body will be brought to Winterset and the funeral will be held at the Presbyterian church Sunday at two o'clock. L. Porter, formerly of Patterson, a nephew, will bring the body to Winterset.

Mr. Yoeman came to Winterset in a very early day and was well known to all the old residents. The family were all members of the Presbyterian church. Mr. Yoeman built the house where Dr. Davenport lives and resided there many years.
