Pearl Flint, 94, of Winterset, died of a heart ailment May 9, 1995 at the Community Care of Winterset. Funeral services were May 12 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. The Rev. John Shaull officiated the services and burial was at the North McDonald Cemetery in Madison County.
She was born in Des Moines on Nov. 25, 1900 to William Warner and Irene (Hodges) Johnson. She married Herbert Charles Flint on Nov. 20, 1941 in Grant City, Mo. She was a homemaker and had lived in Winterset the past 50 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Winterset. She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge; Golden Years; 60-Plus Club; W.W.I Auxiliaty; and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one daughter; and one brother.
Surviving relatives include one son, Leonard Lull and wife Bernece of Des Moines; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the First Baptist Church.
