Death of Michael King

Bevington Special. – Funeral services for Michael King who was found dead in the barn last Saturday were held at the Assumption church on Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock. Reverend P. J. Casey conducted the services. Burial was made in St. Patrick’s cemetery. Deceased was 53 years of age, and was born and grew to manhood in Lee township. His immediate survivors are his wife, who was before her marriage Miss Alice Carroll of Cummings; five brothers, William of Booneville, John Patrick and Lawrence, Jr. of Cummings, and Frank of Bevington; one sister Mrs. J. F. Hanrahan of Prole, and an aged father who lives with his son Lawrence on the old homestead. Pall bearers were R. J. Davit and John Breen of Cumming, D. M. Walsh and M. Deheck of Churchville and Dan Clark and J. H. McManus of Bevington.
