MARGARET WINTER Services Held

Margaret Louise Winter died Friday, November 23, 1979, at her home in Truro at the age of 86. Graveside services were held at 9 a.m. Monday, November 26, at Fields Cemetery in Clarke County followed by memorial services at 10 a.m. at United Methodist Church in Truro. Rev. George Campbell officiated at the memorial service.

The daughter of William and Margaret Wright Winter, she was born on May 26, 1893 in Sibley, Ia. Educated in Clarke County, Miss Winter was a member of the Smile-A-While Club, the Women's Society and the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a nephew, Dr. Malcom Winter of Miles City, Mont., and a niece, Jane Leddy of San Mateo, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
