Cathy G. Crippen, Winterset

Services for Cathy G. Crippen, 57, Winterset, who died Dec. 11 at home, will be held Thursday, Dec. 15, at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Winterset with the Rev. Clarence N. Lautt officiating. Burial will be at the Eldora Cemetery at Eldora, Iowa.

Born at Eldora on March 7, 1931, she was the daughter of Ernest and Flossie Clinton Willcox. A word processor for Equicor Corp., she had lived here 21 years, coming from DeSoto. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a member of the Bell Choir.

Survivors include a son, Gary L. Crippen with the Army in Germany; daughters, Phyllis Ann Crippen of Johnston, and Lois Jane Phatobic of New York, N.J.; brothers, Wendell Willcox of Eldora and Alvin Willcox; sisters, Neva Vry and Fern Kusserow and Darlene Kusserow, both of Eldora; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
